1. What is VBulletin Manager v2?
VBulletin Manager v2 is 'state of the art' intellegent program which is used to help anyone who wants to promote his/her business online by driving lots of legit traffic from REAL users on VBulletin boards to your website. it allows the user to fully manage all new versions of VBulletin boards (v3.6 to v4.x). Either by posting replies, creating threads, sending PMs or posting VMs with many options and styles of posting. with this tool you can manage multiple VBulletin Boards at same time with ease. VBM will make your life way easier than before
2. What kind of boards does it work with?
The current version can only work with VBulletin boards with many versions (from v3.6.x to 4.x.x). although, we are working to make it support other boards such as PHPBB and IPB boards.
3. Is This a spam tool?
In no way VBulletin Manager acts like a spam-bot since spam is defined in legislation as 'unsolicited email',
whereas VBulletin Manager simply posts messages created by users, which cannot be illegal providing the user does not violate the legislation by provoking racial hatred or anything prohibited by the law.
Besides, in most cases VBulletin Manager is smart enough to post the contents where advertising takes place with the permission from moderators and webmasters.
VBulletin Manager is not an email spam bomber and should not be confused with such software. The laws of USA, Russia, Canada, Spain, Germany, France and other countries explicitly state the illegal nature of email spam which VBulletin Manager has nothing to do with.
VBulletin Manager job is to make users able to manage many boards in same time. it doesn't break the protection of anti-bots which all vbulletin boards are protected with.
4. What are the limitations on the trial-version?
The Trail version can do all functions except, It cannot import forum URLs, Edit board's settings, it will add program's name and the owner name when user try to add new comment/pm/topic, multi-validate users accounts or add multiple accounts. .
It also sends only 10 random posts. It doesn't allow users to select mutiple comments groups, VMs poster is disabled, active members grabber disabled, pms delay set to 180 as well as comments and topics posters and other limitations.
5. In which topics will it post the replies ?
The idea of posting replies with VBM is quite complicated. many algorithms used in order to make the auto-poster post comments to topics.
for random poster: it simply search for the newest topics and then post the content that the user add in the program randomly based on found topics. for active poster: it will allow the user to select specific forum(s) in order to grab its topics. after the user grabs the topics then he/she will be able to post his/her comments in the selected active topics.
security measures have been taken in order to prevent spamming. such as time delay between two posts.
6. In which forums will it post my topics ?
VBM doesn't post topics randomly. it allows the user to select forums from a list then the program will post the selected contents to the selected forum. topics poster also has a simple search engine to search for similar forums from different boards.
7. How does it send Private Messages(PMs) ?
VBM supports sending Private Messages, 99% of VBulletin boards support and allow users to send PMs to other users.
but many of these boards sets some rules in order to allow members sending PMs to others. Each board has its own rules and a method to prevent spammers from sending mass PMs.
For example: to send a PM in example.com board you need to have more than 100 posts and you are registered before 7 days.
these rules will make spammers frustrated and will force them to leave the forum.
However, VBM has serveral options to handle PMing on VB boards. for example user wont be able to use PMing feature unless he/she have enough posts.
it also has a delay time option. which is the delay time between two PMs.
the PM poster has two accounts grabbers: the active accounts grabber and random grabber. both of these grabbers work to get usernames from the selected board. however, they work in different ways. the active accounts grabber. used to grab active members names from specific forums/topics the user might select. its very powerful and fast using this grabber will only get members names from active forums.
the second grabber is the random accounts grabber. this grabber works randomly to get the memebers names. for instance, the user wants to get members names from IDs ranges i.e. from 1 to 1000. these numbers are the range of members IDs the grabber will scrap from the board. however, this grabber is powerful only if the user wants to send his/her PMs to all members in the board.
8. Does my PMs go to Moderators?
absolutely not, this is the beauty of the program. it automatically exclude all moderators from PMs list.
means your PMs wont be traced by mods which means this reduces the chances of making your account banned.
9. Can I post content in Languages other than English ?
absolutely yes, with charset auto-dection system you can post your content in whatever language you want.
10. Do I need to check manually and enter the settings of each board alone ?
With our enhanced algorithms you don't need to do that manually. all you need is a valid account on the forum you want to grab the settings from.
with one click it will grab all settings for that board list of grabbing events listed below:
1- check for language charsets.
2- number of members of each board.
3- get delay time between 2 posts.
4- exclude moderators.
5- grab forums and subforums.
6- grab number of posts in order to allow users to send PMs.
after running grab settings you will be able to use program features.
Remember you must run settings grabber regularly to update the settings.
11. Can I check if one of my accounts got banned ?
Yes you can. there is a built-in feature in the program that allows users to check and validate their accounts without entering the forum manually.
this feature will check whether the added accounts are valid and not banned by mods. this will help users to add spot which accounts are banned and quickly replace them with valid accounts.
12. I found a bug in the software. Should I tell you?
That's would make us happy when you tell us. We will always work for a better version, so any kind of your help will improve us.
13. Why posting messages in forums is more efficient than spamming through email?!
See for yourself. E-mail spam has been annoying people for a long time now, and quite efficient ways of fighting unsolicited email have been developed and made publicly available.
For an email spammer every 1 out of 1000 emails reaching a potential reader is already luck because 999 emails are blocked by spam filters implemented both by ISP's and home users alike.
Forums make it way different. These are places people come to read voluntarily. Any posted message will be read at least by one moderator.
But a well-composed message with correctly placed links in its body will initiate a live discussion over it, leading to clicks and high rankings in Search Engines.
It's not just efficient – it's smart to a degree where most people would not believe software to be capable of.
14. Can I add multiple comments/topics/PMs?!
Yes you can, you can add as many comments/topics/Pms as you want.
15. How can I enter my registration details?
Before you do the registration you must be online if your internet connection is off please turn it on. after you verify that you need to go to Registration tab and enter your details
there. if your details are correct the program will be activated instantly. otherwise it will show an error message tells you that the registered information are incorrect.
16. I've formatted my PC and I entered my details but the program is not working, what should I do?
You need to send us an email with your registration info in this message format:

17. Can I transfer my license to other PC?
Yes you can, please follow these steps:
1- Install the program on the desired PC.
2- You need to send us an email with your registration info in this message format:

18. Can I Use same license on several PCs?
Nope, we have our reasons. since this is a shareware each PC should obtain a license from us.
unfortunatly, currently we don't support commercial licenses. we might support it in future releases.
19. How many forum address in the Mass database ?
Inorder to get a list of forums google is your friend there are many search options google provide.
you can simply search for any forum name and then click advanced options -> forums, there you go a list of forums.
all you need is to add them manually or you can add them to a text file and then import it to the program.
20. Can I resell VBulletin Manager?
Currently no you can't.
21. I get lots of errors in VBManager. what do I need to do to fix the errors?
First of all, is your machine meets system requrements?. if so try to install .netframework and Runtime C libraries for VC2008.
if the error is still there. try to Re-Installing the program.
22. I get error with validator says my added link is broken. my link is not broken
This means the added forum is customized and the program is not able to verify that whether the added link is a VB forum or not.
if you wanna add forum without checking it with link validator. please add 1 valid forum then EDIT its settings then change its link.
23. I have more than enough posts to start PMing. but the program says I need more posts
Easy, just validate your account again. posts count will be updated when you validate your account.
24. Can I send PMs to Many Boards at same time?
Yes you can.
25. Can I create topics in 10 forums at same time?
of course you can. you need to select multiple boards first by holding CTRL + CLICK on the board you want. then try to choose the forums you want from forums list.
26. I want you to add new features to my version is that possible?
yes you can do that. but it will cost you more custom version will have initial $100 fee and will be more depending on the requirements. feel free to drop us an email.
27. I always get error with my connection. my connection work without any problems. whats wrong?
Did you format your PC recently? if yes contact us so we can restart your subscription.
if no, did you change your IP and restarted your Program? if yes you need to wait 30 minuets to deactivate the protection system. sorry about that but its the only way we can use to prevent other people from using same account at same time.

you MUST RUN VBM 2 as an ADMINISTRATOR if you are using vista or win7. simply click the right mouse button on program's icon then chose run as administrator option. before you do that please contact us so we can reset your subscription.
